Delete JoeyMate Account v2026-05-14

JoeyMate account deletion is available in the app and by request from this page.

Delete in the app

Open JoeyMate, go to More → Account tools → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm deletion. This permanently removes your login, personal profile data, push tokens, and your access to child profiles.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your JoeyMate account and ask us to delete your account. Include your account email address and do not include sensitive child health details in the message.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymise your account identifiers, email address, profile details, password, push notification tokens, and personal access to family data. If you are the only member of a child profile, that child profile and its care records are deleted. If other invited carers remain, ownership is transferred and your author identity is removed from shared records.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law, subscription transaction records needed for tax/accounting or fraud prevention, and anonymised security logs for up to 90 days. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled from your store account settings.
